Job Description
Project Store Coordinator Responsible For Following
- managing project material storage according to OEM recommendation,
- issuance to construction/commissioning teams,
- handling and care during storage and
- final handover to client
- Handles all communications to the store via register mail system
- Attend erection planning Meetings
- plan issuance of material accordingly
- Help coordinate information for reports
- Coordinate special projects for the department
- Collect requested information from other departments
- Complete construction/ commisioning requests
- Handle IMIR issues
- Complete report
- Coordinate all LOIs
- ensure that all material is issued / returned back as per OEM requirement and project needs on daily basis
- ensure OM recommendations are followed and frequent checks/inspections are in place
