Job Description

Project Store Coordinator Responsible For Following

  • managing project material storage according to OEM recommendation,
  • issuance to construction/commissioning teams,
  • handling and care during storage and
  • final handover to client
  • Handles all communications to the store via register mail system
  • Attend erection planning Meetings
  • plan issuance of material accordingly
  • Help coordinate information for reports
  • Coordinate special projects for the department
  • Collect requested information from other departments
  • Complete construction/ commisioning requests
  • Handle IMIR issues
  • Complete report
  • Coordinate all LOIs
  • ensure that all material is issued / returned back as per OEM requirement and project needs on daily basis
  • ensure OM recommendations are followed and frequent checks/inspections are in place
