They are looking for a **Platform Engineer** to join a cutting\-edge infrastructure team supporting real\-time, distributed systems. **The Opportunity** This is a chance to work in a **high\-impact engineering environment** where performance, reliability, and scalability are critical. You’ll help build and optimise infrastructure powering **large\-scale, globally distributed systems** . As a **Platform Engineer** , you will: * Own and improve a **global, highly available platform** running 24/7 * Act as an **infrastructure SME** across Linux and networking layers * Drive **performance optimisation and automation** across the stack * Collaborate closely with engineering teams on **architecture and delivery,** working across a **multi\-region / multi\-cloud environment** * Support production systems and continuously reduce manual overheads **Requirements** : * A minimum of 2 years' experience as a **Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or SRE, preferably within a multi\-region or distributed systems environment** * Strong **Linux systems and networking knowledge** * Hands\-on experience with **AWS** or other cloud platforms * Scripting or programming experience (e.g. Python, Bash, Java, C\#, or Rust) * Proven experience supporting production systems at scale * Experience working wth containerisation in a production environment \- Docker / Kubernetes * Experience with monitoring tools in a production environment \- Prometheus / Grafana / ELK stack / Splunk * IaC Tooling experience \- Terraform, Ansible etc. 📫If you're a **curious, hands\-on Platform Engineer** who enjoys solving complex infrastructure problems and working in fast\-paced environments, please apply directly to this advert with your upated CV.
