**Personal Assistant to CEO (Recruitment Agency)**

**Job Summary**
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a fast\-paced recruitment agency. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a high\-pressure, target\-driven environment, managing both business and administrative priorities efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide full administrative and executive support to the CEO
* Manage calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently
* Prepare reports, presentations, and recruitment performance summaries
* Handle confidential business information with professionalism and discretion
* Screen calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
* Track tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely execution of CEO directives
* Support in business development coordination and meeting preparations
* Manage documentation, CRM updates, and filing systems
* Assist with occasional personal tasks as required
* Show high degree of flexibility to support various functions of the business, such coordinating with clients in Europe and working alongside our Recruitment Team.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
* 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Admin / Coordinator (recruitment industry experience is an advantage)
* Strong communication skills (English required; additional languages are a plus)
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment
* High level of discretion and professionalism
* Strong coordination and follow\-up skills
