**Partner Account Manager – Enterprise Customer Sales – Abu Dhabi**
**Job Purpose and Key Accountabilities**
The Partner Account Manager \- PAM \- for the UAE will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our network of partners within various channels. Reporting directly to the Sales Head \-AUH for the relevant segment, this role will act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring their understanding of our product offerings, driving sales through their channels, providing support, and fostering long\-term, mutually profitable partnerships within the UAE market.
**The key accountabilities of the role will be to:**
* Partner Relationship Management\- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the assigned Partners, serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned partners within the UAE. Build and maintain strong, long\-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within partner organizations. Understand partners' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to align our product offerings and support accordingly. Educate partners on our product portfolio, features, benefits, and value propositions relevant to their customer base in the UAE. Keep partners informed about new product launches, promotions, and relevant market updates in the UAE. Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and sales strategies to achieve agreed\-upon sales targets within their respective channels in the UAE. Explore ways to increase partner loyalty and strengthen the overall partnership.
* Stakeholder management –Work with the marketing team to develop and execute partner\-specific marketing and promotional activities within the UAE. Provide partners with marketing materials, guidelines, and support to enhance their promotional efforts. Work cross\-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of partner issues. Ensure partners are adhering to company compliance, policies and procedures.
* Reporting \- Regularly monitor and analyze partner sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities. Prepare regular reports on partner activities, sales results, and key performance indicators for the Sales Head. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize partner performance and engagement in the UAE.
**Reporting Relationship and Location**
The PAM – Partner Account Manager – UAE will be based in UAE and report to the Sales Head. This will be a IC role.
**Candidate Profile**
**Education**
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Academic qualification or professional training and sales experience is required.
**Experience**
* Minimum of 4 \- 6 years of experience in partner management, account management, or sales roles, preferably within the B2B sector and with experience managing retailers or sub\-retailers in the UAE.
* Proven track record of building strong relationships and driving sales growth through partners.
* Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
