Job Description
**Role Summary**
We are looking for a proactive and customer\-focused
**Customer Service / On\-boarding Specialist**
to support vendors joining our platform. In this role, you will contact vendors who have requested enrollment, guide them through the onboarding process, answer questions, and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth experience.
**Responsibilities**
* Reach out to vendors who have requested enrollment on the platform
* Guide vendors step\-by\-step through the onboarding process
* Provide clear, professional, and timely customer support via calls, email, and messaging
* Address vendor questions, concerns, and troubleshooting needs
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and onboarding progress
* Follow up with vendors to ensure successful platform adoption
* Coordinate with internal teams when escalation or additional support is needed
**Qualifications**
**Required Skills**
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
**Work Requirements**
* Must be able to work
**night shift (8 PM – 5 AM)**
* **Must be available to work Monday – Friday (Weekends Off)**
* **Ability to work from the office in Iqbal Town, Lahore**
