is hiring a MEP Manager (Agriculture \& Livestock) in Jaranwala.
Industry: Dairy / Agriculture / Industrial
Working Hours: 10 Hours/Day | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Off Days: 1 Day/Week or Accumulated Monthly

Role Overview You'll be responsible for the full MEP function — from maintaining milking parlors and cooling systems to managing electrical distribution, generators, and water supply networks. This is a senior, on-site leadership role in a dynamic and growing agricultural operation.
Key Responsibilities
Mechanical Operate and maintain milking parlors, pumps, compressors, motors \& ventilation
Maintain milk chillers, bulk tanks \& cooling systems
Develop preventive maintenance schedules \& troubleshoot breakdowns
Supervise feed handling and manure management systems
Electrical Inspect and maintain electrical panels \& LT/HT distribution systems
Manage generators \& backup power for zero downtime
Oversee motor control systems and VFDs
Drive energy management \& support automation systems
Plumbing Manage bore wells, storage tanks \& water distribution networks
Oversee pipeline design, installation \& maintenance
Maintain drainage, waste management \& leak detection programs
Ensure dairy-grade sanitation \& hygiene standards
Leadership Lead and mentor MEP technicians and maintenance teams
Coordinate with farm management and construction teams
Maintain maintenance logs, reports \& compliance documentation
Manage spare parts inventory \& procurement
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field)
5–8 years of MEP experience in a professional setting
Prior experience in dairy, agriculture, or industrial facility management preferred
