Management Executive Warehouse \& Materials Management
.
Job Purpose This position is responsible for supporting warehouse and materials management operations, including fixed asset and scrap disposal, SAP item master management, tender document administration, fuel inventory supervision, and ensuring efficient inventory control while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and HSEQ standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage fixed assets, scrap, and surplus inventory disposal in accordance with company procedures.
- Process Fixed Asset Transfer Advice (FATA) and Fixed Asset Disposal (FAD) documentation.
- Prepare disposal lots, tender documents, and coordinate disposal activities.
- Manage the sale of tender documents for disposal, procurement, and service tenders.
- Create and maintain material/item codes and specifications in SAP.
- Coordinate with warehouses across locations regarding redundant inventory and scrap.
- Supervise fuel receiving, dispensing, stock reconciliation, and system postings.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of warehouse materials.
- Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and bidders on disposal and warehouse matters.
- Prepare warehouse and disposal reports.
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ policies and warehouse safety standards.
Qualifications \& Experience
- Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Up to 8 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, materials management, inventory control, supply chain, or related functions.
- Hands-on experience in inventory management, material receipt and issuance, stock verification, material preservation, and warehouse administration.
- Practical experience with SAP ERP (preferably MM/WM modules) or other ERP-based inventory management systems.
- Familiarity with warehouse documentation, inventory control practices, HSEQ requirements, and internal audit/compliance procedures.
- Experience supervising warehouse personnel and coordinating with Procurement, Logistics, and user departments to ensure efficient material management.
