About the Role
You will handle contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance while supporting corporate and real estate legal matters. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate buy-side and sell-side agreements (MSAs, NDAs, SaaS, vendor \& customer contracts)
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Support real estate transactions, lease agreements, and legal documentation
- Coordinate with external counsel and assist with disputes and filings
- Provide legal advisory and proactively identify risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- LLB / BA LLB (mandatory); LLM/CS is a plus
- 4–5 years of experience in corporate/in-house legal roles
Required Skills
- Strong contract drafting \& negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Indian corporate and contract laws
- Exposure to real estate legal matters preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT/services/startups
- Exposure to data privacy laws
- Experience working with law firms
