Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled, organized, and proactive

Legal Advisor

with strong knowledge of UAE labor, corporate, and company laws.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing legal matters, providing legal and administrative support, and ensuring full compliance with all applicable UAE laws and regulations.

This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will apply UAE company law to safeguard the organization from legal and regulatory risks while staying up to date with legislative changes and providing timely legal guidance to the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, legal documents, legal submissions, and provide legal opinions in accordance with UAE labor and corporate laws.
  • Analyze legal matters and develop practical legal strategies.
  • Independently manage litigation matters, contract administration, and dispute resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE corporate laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Review legal documents, identify potential legal risks, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Communicate legal risks effectively to management and stakeholders, providing practical risk mitigation strategies.
  • Handle visa renewals and new visa processing through the DMCC portal.
  • Apply UAE company law to protect the organization from legal and regulatory exposure.
  • Monitor changes in UAE laws, regulations, and government policies across relevant jurisdictions.
  • Research and analyze legal, tax, financial, and labor law updates, providing timely recommendations to management.
  • Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external legal counsel when required.
  • Maintain accurate legal records, contracts, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory.
  • Minimum 2 years of legal experience, preferably in an in-house legal role within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, Corporate Law, and Company Law.
  • Excellent legal research, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
