Junior Developer - Power Platform

**About the Job** Power Platform Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining low\-code business applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role focuses on translating business requirements into scalable solutions, integrating with Microsoft and third\-party systems, and ensuring governance, security, and performance standards are met. The position involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams to drive digital transformation and process automation initiatives. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications and workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. * Translate business requirements into functional, scalable, and efficient low\-code solutions. * Maintain, enhance, and support existing Power Platform solutions to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and user satisfaction. * Integrate Power Platform applications with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third\-party systems. * Implement governance frameworks, data security controls, and compliance standards across all Power Platform solutions. * Manage the application lifecycle, including version control, testing, deployment, documentation, and post\-launch support. * Collaborate with business units, functional teams, and IT to identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements. * Troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, and data\-related issues in a timely manner. * Contribute to best practices, standards, and reusable components for Power Platform development. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 2\-4 years of hands\-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. * Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model\-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI. * Understanding of data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, and integration concepts. * Experience with application lifecycle management (ALM), security roles, and governance in Power Platform. * Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure services is an advantage. * Relevant certifications preferred: * PL\-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals * PL\-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer * AZ\-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
