This is a remote, project\-based opportunity ideal for freelancers or independent media buyers who are confident in delivering measurable results. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and executing high\-performing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns. Compensation will be based on generated leads, campaign performance, or agreed project milestones. Key Responsibilities * Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns * Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis * Develop campaign structures for maximum ROI and lead generation * Write high\-converting ad copy and A/B test creatives * Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign performance * Track conversions using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools * Improve Quality Score, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates * Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights * Collaborate remotely with the marketing or sales team * Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability Requirements * Proven experience managing successful Google Ads campaigns * Strong understanding of PPC, SEM, and lead generation strategies * Experience with Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube Ads, and Performance Max * Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking * Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance * Strong communication and reporting skills * Self\-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment * Portfolio or case studies showing successful campaigns are preferred Preferred Qualifications * Google Ads Certification * Experience in lead generation campaigns * Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO * Experience working with international clients or multiple industries Compensation Structure * Commission\-based earnings on qualified leads or conversions * Project\-based payments available depending on scope * Performance bonuses for achieving KPIs and scaling campaigns * Flexible long\-term collaboration opportunities for top performers Pay: Rs40,000\.00 \- Rs60,000\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
