Intermediate Accountant, Manufacturing

**What You’ll Do** * Support full\-cycle accounting activities related to manufacturing operations * Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and month\-end reporting * Analyze manufacturing variances, inventory, and cost trends * Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to support informed decision\-making * Assist with inventory accounting, costing, and operational financial analysis * Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process enhancements, and system optimization * Assist with audits and compliance requirements across Canadian and U.S. operations * Support ERP and reporting processes, including data validation and analysis **What We’re Looking For** * Post\-secondary degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline * CPA designation completed or actively pursuing is an asset * Manufacturing and/or CPG industry experience is required * Solid understanding of inventory, costing, and manufacturing accounting principles * Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets * Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills * Ability to communicate clearly and partner effectively with both Finance and Operations teams * Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, evolving environment; proactive, collaborative, and solutions\-oriented **Notes** * Located in: Richmond, BC (Hybrid) * Periodic travel to Blaine, Washington and possibly Sussex Wisconsin * $80,000\-$90,000 base salary \+ 10% bonus
