**Inside Sales Manager \- Full Time \- Fair Oaks, GA.**
We’re partnering with a growing branded organization in the fashion accessories space seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop an inside sales function. This would involve a focus on account growth, customer retention, and outbound sales initiatives.
This is a hands\-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, coaching teams, and driving revenue across established B2B accounts and specialty retail channels.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead, coach, and develop an inside sales team
• Drive growth across existing customer accounts
• Reactivate inactive accounts and identify new revenue opportunities
• Support field sales representatives with follow\-up, quoting, and account servicing
• Execute outbound campaigns tied to promotions, launches, and inventory initiatives
• Improve CRM discipline, reporting, and sales processes
**What We’re Looking For:**
• 5\+ years of inside sales or sales leadership experience (Ideally in B2B)
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Strong coaching and communication skills
• Experience in B2B consumer products, wholesale, fashion, accessories, lifestyle brands, or related industries preferred
