Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive **HR Manager** to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation \& benefits, HR policies, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture, supporting business growth, and ensuring HR practices align with organizational objectives and UAE labor regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage end\-to\-end **HR operations** including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding * Develop and implement **HR policies, procedures, and best practices** * Oversee **talent acquisition** activities and workforce planning * Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters * Manage **performance appraisal processes** and employee development initiatives * Ensure compliance with **UAE Labor Law** , company policies, and HR regulations * Administer **compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and leave management** * Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports * Support management in organizational development and succession planning * Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills * Monitor employee engagement and implement retention strategies * Collaborate with department heads to address manpower and HR requirements **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field** * 7\+ years of experience in **HR Operations / Human Resources Management** * Strong knowledge of **UAE Labor Law and HR best practices** * Experience handling **recruitment, employee relations, and performance management** * Familiarity with **HRMS / Payroll systems** * Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict\-resolution skills * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information * Proficiency in **MS Office and HR reporting** **Preferred / Nice\-to\-Have Skills** * HR certifications such as **CIPD, SHRM, or PHR** * Experience in multi\-cultural or multi\-national work environments * Knowledge of HR analytics and workforce planning * Experience managing HR operations for medium to large organizations
