**About the Opportunity**
HireLoft Recruitment is partnering with a globally recognized, well\-established manufacturing organization to hire their next HR Manager for Canada. This role serves as the sole HR leader for all Canadian operations, covering four sites across Alberta and Ontario and supporting more than 200 employees.
This is an on\-site role at a 24/7 manufacturing facility in central Alberta. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Act as the strategic HR partner to plant and operations leaders across all Canadian sites
* Lead workforce planning, performance management, and succession initiatives
* Manage employee relations end\-to\-end across hourly and salaried staff
* Own Canadian employment law compliance across multiple provinces
* Drive annual HR cycles including compensation reviews, benefits renewals, and disability management
* Coach managers on leadership effectiveness and people practices
* Partner with senior HR leadership at the parent company on cross\-border alignment
* Support organizational change and roll out new HR programs
**Must\-Have Requirements**
* 8\+ years of progressive HR experience
* Direct experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is required
* Strong experience working with blue\-collar and frontline hourly workforces, not just management or office staff
* Multi\-province Canadian employment law expertise
* Experience as the sole or senior HR lead in a plant or multi\-site setting
* Comfort operating autonomously without a large HR team for backup
* Willingness to relocate to central Alberta or already local to the area
**Nice to Have**
* CHRP or CHRL designation
* Experience supporting a U.S.\-headquartered parent organization
* Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Base salary in the $115,000 to $125,000 range depending on experience
* 15% annual performance bonus
