**Role Description**
This is a full\-time, on\-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Kochi. The role involves overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include developing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives, managing the talent acquisition process, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the HR Manager will handle employee grievances, provide counsel to leadership, and ensure alignment between company goals and employee satisfaction.

* Strong expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
* Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Engagement Initiatives
* Experience in Policy Development, Compliance Management, and Labor Law Adherence
* Skills in Training and Development, Leadership Coaching, and Performance Management
* Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Interpersonal Skills
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross\-functional teams
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus)
* Experience in the real estate or construction industry is an advantage
* Proficiency in HR Management Systems (HRMS) and related technology
* 5 years of experience is required
