Job Description
Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Estimated Salary: AED 25\-30K pm total package \+ Medical Insurance for self only \+ Annual Flight for self only \+ Visa for self only \+ Bonus (discretionary, performance based)
Working week: 6 days per week, office based in Mussafah Industrial Area.
About the Opportunity:
Would you be interested in working with one of our clients who are seeking an experienced
**HR Manager**
to join their large organisation that specialise in oil and gas fabrication work. You will be tasked with overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and performance management while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Required Profile:
* Minimum 7\-10 years of professional hands on, HR career experience.
* Previous HR experience in Construction Contracting, Heavy Manufacturing, Steel, Oil and Gas, Fabrication yard industrial companies.
* Must have experience handling large volume of blue\-collar work force
* Expertise with UAE labour laws.
* Fluency in English both written and spoken.
* Arabic language is a big advantage
Responsibilities:
* Manage the entire HR department and function, including all HR operations in a fast\-paced working environment.
* Drive performance through structured KPIs, reporting, and clear HR processes.
* Implement HR policies, procedures, and systems
Support business continuity by maintaining a stable, engaged workforce in a demanding environment.
