**About The Role**
As HR Manager for Production \& Technical PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Europe, you play a key role in supporting several business units (BU) within Hultafors Group (including BU Hultafors, BU W.steps/Telesteps, BU Scangrip and BU Hellberg).
You act as both a strategic and operational partner to managers, driving the HR agenda with a clear focus on leadership support, talent management, engagement, work environment, and union collaboration. You will be working in close collaboration with our production sites.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support and coach managers in HR\-related matters, with clear prioritization of driving business performance.
* Implement HR processes, tools, and activities in line with the overall HR agenda of Hultafors Group, including Sage (HR system) and engagement\-related initiatives
* Ensure that the organization has the right competencies and resources to achieve both short\- and long\-term goals
* Act as process owner for work environment (HSE) matters and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal requirements
* Take responsibility for HR components and process within LTI (Loss time Injury), incident, and near miss management and reporting
* Manage the rehabilitation process in close collaboration with occupational health services
* Ensure that HR templates are up to date, legally compliant, meet business needs, and are easily accessible, such as employment contracts
* Lead union collaboration, and facilitate transparent and effective dialogue
In this role, you combine operational HR work with a strong process and governance perspective while building trustful relationships across the organization.
**The position will be based at our office and production site in Hultafors outside Gothenburg,**
with an expectation on travelling to other sites depending on business needs.

**Who are you?**
You are a confident, pragmatic, and business\-oriented HR Manager who thrives on working close to operations. You have the ability to both challenge and support managers and feel comfortable in complex environments involving production, technology, and unions. You work in a structured way, build trust, and are driven by continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**
* Academic degree in HR, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
* Solid experience as an HR Manager, preferably within production and/or industrial operations
* Strong knowledge of Swedish labor law, work environment legislation, and union relations
* Experience as a process owner within HR and work environment areas
* Excellent command of both Swedish and English, spoken and written
* A collaborative team player with a strong drive
You will travel regularly between our sites, so a driver’s license is needed.
