Job Description
**Key Responsibilities** * Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling * Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel facilities * Assist guests during check\-in and check\-out procedures * Ensure proper tagging, storage, and delivery of guest baggage * Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries * Coordinate with the front office and concierge for guest assistance * Arrange transportation or assist with valet services when required **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Minimum Bachelors Degree * Prior experience in hospitality is preferred * Basic communication skills in English and local language * Physically fit to handle luggage and stand for extended hours * Well\-groomed and presentable appearance * Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays **Key Skills** * Customer service orientation * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Teamwork and coordination * Time management and attention to detail
