We are currently undergoing a corporatization restructure the person in this role will then be responsible for the HR activities inside all the corporate companies within the group.
**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Group HR Manager to lead and oversee the human resources function across multiple business units within the group. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping HR strategy, strengthening company culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws while supporting business growth.
This role requires a hands\-on leader who can manage HR operations, drive talent initiatives, and support senior leadership in achieving organizational goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement Group\-wide HR strategies and policies aligned with business objectives.
* Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning across the group.
* Oversee performance management systems, employee development, and succession planning.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR regulations, and company policies.
* Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
* Design and implement compensation and benefits structures.
* Lead HR reporting, analytics, and workforce planning.
* Support leadership in organizational development and change management initiatives.
* Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and retention strategies.
* Manage and mentor HR teams across group entities.
* Manage, Develop and Cultivate a training system
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role.
* Experience managing HR across multiple companies or business units.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Proven experience in HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* HR certification (CIPD / SHRM / HRCI) is required at level 5, preferred at level 7\.
* Training Skills and experience in developing leaders and managers.
