Job Description
The Well Construction Fluids Engineer/Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, reliable, and compliant service to the company and customers. The Well Construction Fluids Engineer identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work and manages risk during service delivery.
- Execute service delivery to the customer as per the technical programs/bids and as per the terms and conditions outlined in the contract.
- Interact with the customer representative at the wellsite to promote company products and services.
- Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), Self-Assessments, and Wellsite Inspection, and participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
- Ensure equipment readiness and product and personnel compliance in the field.
- Participate in investigations and HSE and SQ initiatives, and follow abd observe all HSE and SQ Standards.
- Design technical programs and bids with highest profitability under supervision.
- Lead field operations and troubleshooting.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or a related major.
- 3 years experience in a similar role.
