Job Description
The DevOps Engineering \& Cloud Infrastructure Management role is designed for fresh graduates and early\-career professionals interested in cloud technologies, automation, infrastructure management, and modern software deployment processes. Roles \& Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for faster and more reliable software delivery
* Support cloud infrastructure deployment and management activities using AWS services
* Monitor application performance, server availability, and infrastructure stability across environments
* Automate deployment workflows and operational tasks to improve engineering efficiency
* Configure and manage build tools, deployment scripts, and automation frameworks
* Collaborate with development teams to streamline release management processes
* Manage source code repositories and version control workflows using Git\-based platforms
* Assist with containerization and orchestration activities using Docker and Kubernetes
* Support infrastructure provisioning and configuration management practices
* Troubleshoot deployment failures, server issues, and cloud\-related incidents
* Maintain Linux\-based servers and ensure system performance optimization
* Monitor logs, alerts, and application metrics for proactive issue identification
* Implement infrastructure security best practices and access management controls
* Assist in backup management, disaster recovery planning, and infrastructure reliability initiatives
* Support environment setup for development, testing, staging, and production systems
* Work with monitoring and logging tools for infrastructure visibility and performance tracking
* Improve deployment reliability through automation and process optimization
* Participate in Agile/Scrum\-based development and operations workflows
* Coordinate with cross\-functional teams for infrastructure enhancements and release activities
* Maintain documentation related to infrastructure setup, deployment workflows, and operational procedures
* Assist in scaling cloud resources based on project and application requirements
* Contribute to system maintenance, server patching, and cloud optimization initiatives

Key Skills \& Technical Expertise
* AWS Cloud Services – Hands\-on understanding of core AWS services including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Route 53, CloudWatch, RDS, Lambda, and Auto Scaling for deploying and managing scalable cloud infrastructure.
* DevOps Engineering – Knowledge of DevOps methodologies, automation practices, and modern deployment workflows to improve development speed, reliability, and system efficiency.
* CI/CD Pipeline Management – Experience in building and maintaining Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines for automated testing, code integration, and faster application delivery.
* Infrastructure Automation – Ability to automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and configuration processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools.
* Docker \& Kubernetes – Understanding of containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes for scalable, secure, and efficient application deployment.
* Linux Administration – Strong knowledge of Linux environments, server setup, system monitoring, package management, permissions, and troubleshooting.
* Jenkins \& Build Automation – Experience using Jenkins for automating builds, deployments, testing workflows, and continuous integration processes.
* Cloud Monitoring \& Logging – Familiarity with monitoring tools and logging systems to track application performance, server health, uptime, and infrastructure metrics.
* Infrastructure Troubleshooting – Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving infrastructure, deployment, server, and application\-related issues.
* Shell Scripting / Bash Scripting – Ability to write shell scripts for task automation, server management, deployment workflows, and operational efficiency.
* Server Management – Knowledge of server setup, maintenance, backup management, performance optimization, and security best practices.
* Networking Fundamentals – Basic understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, load balancing, firewalls, VPNs, and routing.
* Security \& Access Management – Awareness of cloud security practices, IAM policies, user access control, SSH management, encryption, and secure deployment standards.
* Problem Solving \& Debugging – Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues, optimize workflows, and improve system reliability.
* Automation Tools \& Workflow Optimization – Experience with automation tools and process optimization techniques to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Education
* B.Tech / BE in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related fields
* BCA / MCA with cloud computing or infrastructure knowledge
* B.Sc in Computer Science or Information Technology
* Candidates with AWS, DevOps, Linux, or Cloud certifications may receive preference
* Internship experience in cloud operations, infrastructure management, or deployment support can be beneficial
