Devops Engineer - Fintech - £125,000 + Bonus

**Role:** Devops/Cloud Engineer **Client:** FinTech **Salary:** £125k \+ Comp **Location:** London A rapidly scaling exchange and trading technology firm is seeking a highly capable Cloud \& DevOps Engineer to join its growing infrastructure and platform engineering team in London. You’ll play a key role in modernising and automating infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and on\-prem Linux environments. The position combines hands\-on engineering with strategic input into tooling, platform architecture, CI/CD, observability, and automation initiatives. Key responsibilities include: * Building and managing multi\-account cloud infrastructure using Terraform * Driving automation across cloud and on\-prem platforms using Ansible, Python, and Bash * Supporting Linux engineering, deployment pipelines, and systems operations at scale * Working closely with development teams to productionise applications and services * Managing and improving CI/CD tooling and deployment workflows * Supporting containerised environments using Docker and Kubernetes * Contributing to infrastructure reliability, scalability, and capacity planning * Maintaining clear technical documentation and operational standards Skills \& Experience We’re looking for engineers with strong DevOps and infrastructure backgrounds, ideally gained within high\-availability or low\-latency environments.
