Job Description
Position: DGM / Sr. Manager (Material Handling Plant \& Weigh Bridge)
**Job Profile**
* Monitor implementation of SOPs, safety standards, quality systems, and best engineering practices.
* Lead manpower planning, training, skill development, contractor management, and performance monitoring.
* Carry out root cause analysis for failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
* Coordinate interdepartmental activities for shutdowns, commissioning, troubleshooting, and emergency handling.
* Prepare MIS reports, departmental performance reports, and compliance documentation.
* Ensure adherence to environmental, safety, labour, and industrial regulations.
**Eligibility Criteria**
* B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
* 10–15 years of experience in coal handling plant and ash handling systems including conveyors, crushers, stackers, reclaimers, weighbridge, and ash disposal systems
