We’re a bunch of techy, passionate, and hard\-working friendly people. **What You'll Do** * Identify high\-impact business problems and turn them into measurable solutions * Design and build predictive models for credit underwriting, fraud detection, customer attribution, and provisioning * Own experimentation end\-to\-end: hypothesis, design, implementation and impact evaluation * Deploy and maintain production\-quality models with proper validation and monitoring * Design data pipelines and feature engineering when the problem calls for it * Partner with product, engineering, and analytics to shape what gets built and how You will work in close collaboration with amazing people, use new technology and break new ground in the payments space by shipping products far better than anything else in the market. **Requirements** We are looking for an analytical individual with an investigative mindset and a high level of detail orientation. * Solid Python and SQL skills \- you can write production\-ready code, not just notebooks * Experience taking ML models from idea to production in a real business setting * Strong grasp of experimentation design, A/B testing, and causal inference * Comfortable working across modern data warehouses, pipelines, and data models * At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably at a startup or scale\-up * MSc or BSc in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field * Clear communicator \- you can explain model outputs to people who don't build models Let’s challenge legacy solutions together and make some waves within payments ⚡ *Zaver is a Swedish fintech\-startup founded in 2016\.
