The Role
- Lead technical decision making across the Data Science function
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models into production
- Drive NLP, Generative AI, and LLM initiatives
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to solve complex business challenges
- Mentor and develop a growing team of Data Scientists
- Establish best practice across model development, governance, and MLOps
What You'll Need
- Strong commercial Data Science and Machine Learning experience
- Experience leading teams or acting as a technical lead within a Data Science function
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and ML deployment
- Experience delivering production-ready AI solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
