for our international Client (US based), its like a front Desk Officer for the health sector based in USA.
Job Description:
* **Patient Assistance – Receive and respond to patient calls regarding appointments, inquiries, and support services.**
* **Scheduling – Manage patient appointments with doctors/clinics.**
* **Communication – Act as a link between patients and healthcare providers.**
**Job Requirement :**
* O\-A levels Fresh or Intermediate / Graduation.
