Customer Service Specialist

We are working with a leading provider of transportation services for corporate and executive travel, financial roadshows and major global events. Operating across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia, our client serves many of the world’s most prestigious companies and events, with a reputation built on precision, bespoke service and global reach. Driven by continued growth and the launch of a new brand, they are looking for a Customer Experience Executive to deliver a high\-quality, professional service to B2B clients and VIP customers from their Dubai office. **THE DAY TO DAY** This is a fast\-paced, customer\-facing role at the heart of the service operation. On a typical shift you will be the first point of contact for B2B and VIP clients, handling their requests and making sure every booking runs seamlessly. Day to day, you will: • Respond to customer queries and bookings across chat, phone, email and internal systems, professionally and promptly • Accurately process and manage high\-end reservations, including amendments, cancellations and last\-minute requests • Manage live enquiries through the online chat function, keeping response times tight and details precise • Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure every booking is fulfilled, escalating and resolving issues as they arise • Keep all data and booking details fully accurate and up to date in the system • Spot recurring issues and suggest improvements to make the service run smoother **WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU** • Experience in a call centre, reservations or customer support role (B2B preferred) • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy • Confident working in a fast\-paced, high\-volume environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks • Technically literate with a proactive, solution\-focused mindset • A genuine team player who works well across departments • Able to commit to a night/evening working pattern, based in Dubai
