**About the Role**
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated
**Customer Service Representative**
to join our growing B2B Support team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates clearly, and is looking to build a long\-term career in customer service and client facing rolls
You will handle customer enquiries as well as management of current accounts across, phone and personal relationship management ensuring every interaction is delivered with professionalism and care. Full training will be provided, and no previous experience is required—just the right attitude and willingness to learn.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner
* Maintain detailed and clear customer records
* Work closely with internal teams to support customer needs
* Follow company procedures and contribute to service improvements
* Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction
