**Job Title: Community Manager** Location: Barsha Pond Park, Dubai Employment type: Full\-time Working hours: Sunday–Thursday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Reports to: Letswork Operations Lead **About the Role** Work From Park, operated by Letswork in partnership with Dubai Municipality, is a modern public destination designed for work, gathering, and connection within a Dubai park. Letswork is the next generation of co\-working spaces. The Community Manager is central to the Work From Park experience, overseeing daily operations, fostering member relations, and driving community engagement. This is an amazing opportunity to become the heart of a new co\-working space. This role is ideal for an individual with a hospitality\-first mindset who thrives on building relationships and enhancing the user experience in a unique outdoor environment. **Key Responsibilities** • Oversee daily operations across all Work From Park zones. • Ensure the space is consistently maintained to a premium standard. • Coordinate with facilities and external service providers. • Manage opening and closing procedures and shift handovers. • Serve as the primary point of contact for members and visitors. • Cultivate strong relationships and drive membership acquisition and retention. • Plan, coordinate, and host community events and programming. • Manage the amphitheater’s programming calendar. • Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities. • Track and report on key performance indicators, including membership, utilisation, and satisfaction. **Your Profile** • 2–4 years of experience in community management, hospitality, or guest\-facing operations. • Proven ability to build relationships and foster a welcoming environment. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage. • Highly organised, self\-motivated, and capable of working independently. • Comfortable working outdoors and managing a dynamic space. • Familiarity with CRM tools and booking platforms. • Based in Dubai with knowledge of the local community. **What's Offered** • A unique role operating a first\-of\-its\-kind public workspace. • Direct ownership and impact on the space and its community from day one. • A dynamic and engaging outdoor working environment. • Competitive salary and benefits package. • Growth opportunities within the expanding Letswork network.
