Civil QA/QC Engineer

***We are a diversified Main Contractor hiring a QA/QC Engineer (Abu Dhabi Based)*** ***Key Responsibilities:*** * *Assist QA/QC Manager in the development and implementation of Project Quality Plans, Inspection \& Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and QA/QC procedures* * *Conduct inspections, arrange material sampling, monitor tests, and maintain inspection records as per project requirements* * *Ensure all incoming materials comply with project specifications and quality standards* * *Monitor calibration status of all site equipment and ensure validity of certificates* * *Raise and follow up Non\-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Site Observation Reports (SOR)* * *Coordinate with Consultants, Clients, and third\-party inspection agencies for quality\-related matters* * *Carry out random site inspections to ensure subcontractors’ compliance with approved quality standards* * *Maintain QA/QC documentation logs and support project handover documentation* * *Conduct quality inductions and training for employees and subcontractors at site* Requirements: * *Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering* * *Minimum 6\-8 years of QA/QC experience in the construction industry* * *Strong knowledge of ISO standards, QA/QC procedures, and construction quality requirements* *What We Offer:* * Attractive salary package (AED 10,000 \- 15,000\) * Career growth and long\-term opportunities * Professional and dynamic work environment
