Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee civil engineering and infrastructure projects across the factory.
- Prepare project scopes, BOQs, cost estimates, schedules, and technical specifications.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards.
- Review engineering designs, layouts, drawings, and maintain factory master plans.
- Manage contractors and vendors, including bid evaluations, site supervision, and bill verification.
- Monitor project budgets and drive cost optimization through efficient resource utilization.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities to secure approvals and ensure compliance with applicable codes and environmental standards.
- Support factory expansion, renovation, and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote safe work practices throughout project execution.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Education:
- 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, project execution and construction management within a large-scale manufacturing environment.
