. The incumbent will be responsible to drive
end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, mobilization and HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Remotely manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for the Azerbaijan Business Unit from Pakistan
- Coordinate documentation, visa processing and travel arrangements for management staff mobilization
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through diverse sourcing channel
- Manage candidate screening, selection, onboarding, and workforce mobilization
- Ensure compliance with HR policies
- Support performance management, trainings, and HR operations at Project and Office
- Advise managers on employee relations and day-to-day operational matters

Eligibility Criteria
- MBA(HR) from a recognized university with 8-10 years of relevant experience in field of HR
