Bookkeeper

Are you an excellent full\-charge bookkeeper with strong technical skills, an eye for detail and a real passion for finance? We are looking for an outstanding full\-charge bookkeeper to take full ownership of our finance function. We want someone who has an excellent understanding of the fundamentals, enjoys analysing figures, understands the importance of reporting and forecasting, and wishes to create a process driven and efficient department. If you are hungry, have a passion for the numbers and want an opportunity to go beyond the basic bookkeeping tasks, this role is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities: * Overseeing all company accounts, bank reconciliations, creditors, and debtors and HMRC payments. * Managing payroll, RTI, holiday and auto enrolment * Managing Cashflow, credit control, invoicing and payments runs * Reporting KPI'S, creating and managing Management Information and reports, supporting Directors with creating and monitoring forecasts and budgets * Setting up and running financial and reporting processes throughout the business Qualification and experience: * Technical knowledge i.e. AAT2 or equivalent or working towards accreditation * Excellent understanding of Xero * Excellent technical understanding of each of the key financial statements * Experience compiling monthly management information * Experience in managing budgets and forecasts Personal Attributes * Analytical and structured in your thinking and your approach to work * Highly organised and excellent attention to detail * Growth mindset and desire to learn and develop * Good communicator * Great work ethic and passionate about creating good work A little about us: Brothers, Richard and Simon Warrender, have two vibrant retail jewellery businesses based in Southwest London.
