BIM Coordinator

**Job Title: BIM Coordinator (Site\-Based) – Infrastructure Project** 📍 **Location:** Dubai, UAE (Site\-Based) 🕒 **Working Schedule:** 6 Days a Week \| 48 Hours per Week We are looking for an experienced **BIM Coordinator – Infrastructure Projects** to join our team for a major infrastructure project in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in BIM coordination, site execution support, and multidisciplinary coordination within infrastructure projects. **Key Responsibilities:** • Coordinate and manage BIM models across multiple disciplines (Civil, Structural, MEP, Utilities, etc.) • Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project requirements and standards • Perform clash detection and coordinate model resolutions with project teams • Support site teams with BIM\-related technical coordination and construction activities • Review drawings, models, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders • Maintain BIM data integrity and ensure timely model updates • Assist in BIM implementation and adherence to project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) **Requirements:** ✔ Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, ✔ Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator in **Infrastructure Projects** ✔ Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, standards, and coordination processes ✔ Experience with BIM software such as **Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D** , and related tools ✔ Ability to work effectively in a site\-based environment ✔ Strong communication and coordination skills ✔ UAE experience preferred
