is seeking a detail\-oriented and analytical Auditor to support the company’s compliance, financial integrity, and operational excellence initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting audits, reviewing internal controls, identifying risks, and ensuring adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits across various business departments. Review accounting records, transactions, and internal control systems for accuracy and efficiency. Identify risks, discrepancies, control weaknesses, and process improvement opportunities. Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans. Monitor compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards. Collaborate with management teams to implement audit recommendations and improve procedures. Assist with risk assessments, fraud prevention measures, and internal investigations when required. Support external auditors during annual audits and regulatory reviews. Maintain accurate audit documentation and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Stay updated on auditing standards, financial regulations, and retail industry trends. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field. Previous experience in auditing, accounting, compliance, or risk management preferred. Professional certifications such as ACCA, ACA, CIA, or CPA are advantageous. Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/audit software. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment. Preferred Skills Knowledge of internal audit procedures and risk management frameworks. Understanding of retail, e\-commerce, or fashion industry operations. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. Ability to interpret financial statements and identify irregularities.
