The role involves assisting in day\-to\-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, handling employee relations, performance management, and supporting organizational training initiatives. The Assistant Manager HR will ensure compliance with HR policies, monitor employee engagement, and help foster a positive workplace culture aligned with Pizza Online’s values. **Qualifications** * Recruitment and employee onboarding skills * Experience in employee engagement and relationship management * Proficiency in performance management and training facilitation * Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and local employment regulations * Strong communication, organizational, and problem\-solving abilities * Experience in multitasking and working in fast\-paced environments * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field * Previous experience in a fast\-service or food industry is an advantage
