You'll be part of a collaborative accounting team and will have the opportunity to learn from an experienced Corporate Controller, gaining exposure to both Canadian and U.S. accounting practices.
This position is well\-suited for someone who is detail\-oriented and organized, but who also thrives in a changing environment\-someone who takes ownership, adapts quickly, and is motivated to build and improve alongside a growing company.
**What You'll Be Doing**

* Assist with sales tax filings (GST/HST, PST, and U.S. state and local taxes)
* Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards
* Maintain strong internal controls and identify opportunities for improvement
* Support the development of more efficient accounting processes and systems
**What You Bring**
* Post\-secondary education in Accounting or a related field
* 5\+ years of accounting experience.
* Proficiency in accounting software/ERP systems (QuickBooks required)
* Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, reconciliations)
* Experience in accounts payable and receivable
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Experience in manufacturing.
* Familiarity with multi\-currency accounting and foreign exchange impacts
**What You'll Get At ODRA**
* Competitive base salary
* Comprehensive benefits package
* Paid time off
* A stable, team\-focused environment with strong leadership and support
* The opportunity to work across both Canadian and U.S. operations, gaining valuable cross\-border experience
* Ongoing development and mentorship within an experienced accounting team
* Real opportunity to grow and take on increased responsibility as the company continues to expand
If you're looking for an opportunity to grow with a company that's scaling, contribute to building stronger financial processes, and be part of a team that values ownership and continuous improvement\-ODRA is ready for you.
