Job Description
Position: QuickBooks Accounting Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50 - $80/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Work with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop to manage financial tasks.
- Manage invoicing, bill payments, and bank reconciliations efficiently.
- Generate and review P\&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports for accuracy.
- Maintain Chart of Accounts, customers, and vendors systematically.
- Identify accounting errors and workflow issues to improve processes.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop is essential.
- Have strong relevant experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations is required.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail are necessary.
