Our client Gold Times Accessories is looking for a Warehouse Operations Executive in Lahore Gold Times Accessories is seeking a diligent Warehouse Executive to oversee daily warehouse operations within the mobile phone accessories sector. This role involves managing receiving, storage, inventory processing, picking, packing, and dispatch activities to ensure seamless warehouse functions. The Warehouse Executive handles the accurate management of inventory, monitors product handling to minimize losses or damage, and maintains a clean and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety standards. The role requires efficient coordination with sales, procurement, and logistics teams to facilitate timely order processing and shipment delivery. The ideal candidate possesses 2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory operations, a sound knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory procedures, and the ability to maintain documentation and reporting accurately. Although this position does not involve team management, it demands strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast\-paced environment. **Responsibilities** * Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, unloading, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of mobile phone accessories and related products. * Maintain and update accurate inventory records in Warehouse Management Systems or ERP software to ensure system data reflects physical stock. * Conduct routine stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits to detect and resolve discrepancies promptly. * Implement proper labeling, sorting, and organized storage of products to facilitate efficient stock handling and retrieval. * Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment processing. * Prepare and maintain detailed dispatch documents, delivery records, stock reports, and other necessary warehouse documentation. * Monitor warehouse product handling procedures to minimize damage, loss, and inventory discrepancies, especially for fragile electronic accessories. * Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization while adhering to company safety standards and standard operating procedures. * Assist with loading and unloading activities, coordinating effectively with transporter and courier services to enable smooth deliveries. * Report any inventory shortages, damaged goods, operational challenges, or shipment delays to supervisors or managers immediately.
