**What is Technical Support Engineer?**
We are seeking a skilled and customer\-focused
**Technical Support Engineer**
to support our Corporate Helpdesk operations, ensuring reliable services, rapid issue resolution, and high user satisfaction across Enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in troubleshooting complex network issues along with experience in ticketing systems, remote support, and service\-level management.
The Technical Support Engineer will collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams to deliver timely, secure, and scalable technical support solutions while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and operational standards.
**What does Technical Support Engineer do?**
* Monitor and maintain fixed network infrastructure such as Fiber, Radio, MW, and leased line connectivity to ensure high availability
* Troubleshoot customer connectivity issues, link degradation, outages, and configuration faults across access and core networks
* Perform testing, and commissioning of routers, switches, ONTs, OLTs, and transmission equipment
* Coordinate with field teams, NOC, and vendors for fault isolation, restoration, and preventive maintenance
* Ensure SLAs are met by tracking incidents, performing root cause analysis, and implementing permanent fixes
* Support service provisioning, bandwidth upgrades, and network migrations for Enterprise and Corporate Customers
* Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and incident reports for operational reference
* Follow security, change management, and operational procedures to ensure stable and secure fixed network services.

**Requirements**
**What are we looking for and what does it require to be Technical Support Engineer?**
**Requirements**
:
* Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics or a related field
* 1\-4 years of hands\-on experience in fixed network operations, ISP, or telecom environment
* Strong knowledge of fiber networks, GPON/OLT/ONT leased lines, routing, and switching concepts
* Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools, monitoring systems, and basic IP networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols)
* Ability to diagnose connectivity issues, perform fault isolation, and ensure timely service restoration within SLA
* Good understanding of network security, change management, and incident management processes
* Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and documentation skills
* Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate with NOC, field teams, vendors, and customers
* Willingness to work in shifts, on\-call rotations, and under high\-pressure operational environments
* Experience in configuring routers, switches, access network devices and CCNP certification will be preferred
