Our client Multi Vision Real Estate Builders and Developers is looking for a Senior Accountant \- Financial Reporting \& Compliance in REMOTE The Accountant at Multi Vision Real Estate Builders and Developers plays a critical role in managing the company's financial reporting, accounting operations, and compliance with regulatory standards. This position demands a professional with a strong command of accounting principles and practices, capable of maintaining accurate financial records and supporting decision\-making through detailed financial analysis. The ideal candidate holds an ACCA or Chartered Accountant qualification and brings a minimum of five years of relevant experience in accounting roles. This role involves preparing and verifying financial documents, ensuring accuracy in statements, and coordinating with internal and external auditors as needed. The Accountant works independently without managing a team but is essential in collaborating across departments to support the financial health and integrity of the company. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and English language communication is necessary to produce reports and presentations for management and stakeholders effectively. **Responsibilities** * Maintain and update accounting records accurately and timely in accordance with legal and company regulations. * Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budget forecasts to support operational and strategic decisions. * Ensure compliance with statutory and tax reporting requirements, including VAT, TDS, and other applicable taxes. * Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. * Manage accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure timely payments and collections. * Reconcile bank statements, ledger accounts, and resolve any discrepancies in the financial data. * Assist in the preparation of account reconciliations and assist with month\-end and year\-end closing processes. * Prepare financial presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint for management review. * Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial modeling, data analysis, and automation of routine accounting tasks. * Support management in budget preparation, financial planning, and monitoring of expenditures. * Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to ethical accounting standards. * Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders in clear and professional English.
