Job Description
A US Based Law firm is looking for Legal Assistant in Pakistan, who have the qualification of a lawyer, JD, LLB, or LLM from USA, Canada, UK or Australia.
Requirement:
\- Law degree (JD or equivalent)
\- LLM from the UK / Australia / USA preferred
\- Experience in personal injury or civil litigation (preferred)
\- Strong English Communication and writing skills
\- Strong legal research, drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
\- Client\-focused approach with professionalism and empathy
\- Licensed or eligible to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
What you’ll do:
\- Handle personal injury cases from intake to resolution
\- Draft pleadings, motions, and demand packages
\- Communicate and negotiate with insurance companies
\- Work directly with clients and guide them through the litigation process
\- Tasks assigned by the attorney or team lead
Location \& Work Setup:
\- Based in Pakistan (Multan)
\- On\-site (preferred)
\- Work timings aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST) office hours
