**Position:** Lawyer **Type:** Contract **Compensation:** $105 \- $140/hour **Location:** Remote **Commitment:** 10\-40 hrs/week **Role Responsibilities** * Analyze, review, and annotate a wide range of legal documents and materials to provide expert input for AI training. * Evaluate and validate legal content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with jurisdictional standards. * Identify nuances in legal language, drafting styles, and substantive issues across various legal specialties. * Collaborate with a diverse team of fellow expert legal professionals to provide feedback and enhance data quality. * Produce high\-quality written explanations, rationales, and clarifications for complex legal topics. * Contribute domain\-specific insights that guide the development and improvement of AI legal tools. **Requirements** * Have a Juris Doctor (JD), LLB, or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution. * Have significant, proven expertise in one or more legal domains such as corporate, intellectual property, litigation, contract, or regulatory law. * Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly and concisely. * Demonstrate a track record of high\-quality legal analysis and drafting. * Have strong analytical skills and impeccable attention to detail. **Application Process** * Easy Apply on LinkedIn * Check email for next steps * Participate in resume evaluation \& interview stag
