The ideal candidate will be well versed in Massachusetts zoning and land use law and litigation, including substantive discovery and motion practice experience. Experience with planning board, zoning board, and conservation commission hearings is a plus but not required. Superior research, writing, and oral advocacy skills are a must. The target salary range for this position varies by location and is commensurate with relevant experience: Boston $150,000\-$225,000\.
