Our client Umer \& Company is looking for a Human Resources Manager in Lahore Umer \& Company is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to lead and manage a dynamic HR team. This role requires a strategic and hands\-on approach to manage full\-cycle human resource functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will collaborate closely with leadership to support the company’s rapid growth, ensuring efficient HR operations and workforce planning to meet business goals in a fast\-paced environment. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, improving HR practices, and building a strong organizational culture aligned with Umer \& Company’s objectives. The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years of experience in human resources management with a proven track record of leading teams and driving effective HR strategies. You will be expected to utilize your expertise in HR information systems, sourcing, and candidate relationship management tools to maintain a clean talent pipeline and deliver excellent staffing outcomes. Your role also involves continuous organizational development, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and fostering a productive workplace while supporting a diverse group of employees across technology, operations, and support functions. **Responsibilities** * Lead and manage the HR team of 30 members to deliver comprehensive human resources services across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. * Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet the company’s growth objectives while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies. * Oversee full\-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across various departments using multiple sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, social media, and CRM tools. * Create and maintain accurate and up\-to\-date job descriptions and postings to attract qualified candidates and enhance employer branding. * Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to keep candidate pipelines organized and ensure data accuracy. * Coordinate interview schedules and manage recruitment logistics in collaboration with hiring managers and senior leadership. * Conduct performance appraisal processes and use key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate employee productivity and development needs. * Support HR compliance management by monitoring adherence to employment regulations, carrying out audits, and updating policies as necessary. * Drive organizational development initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and professional growth. * Provide regular hiring reports and HR metrics to leadership to guide decision\-making and continuous improvement. * Manage onboarding procedures to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and support their integration into the company culture. * Advise and coach managers on HR best practices, conflict resolution, and maintaining a positive work environment. * Collaborate with the Managing Director and Head of Operations on strategic workforce and HR planning to align with business priorities. * Enhance sourcing techniques by applying Boolean search methods and leveraging candidate relationship management tools for efficient talent acquisition. * Champion diversity and inclusion efforts and promote policies that foster a respectful and inclusive workplace.
