Our client Riphah International University is looking for a HR Manager \- Healthcare Division in Rawalpindi Riphah International University is seeking an experienced Manager/Deputy Manager HR Healthcare to lead the human resource functions within its healthcare division. This role demands a seasoned HR professional with a minimum of eight years of experience, particularly in the healthcare or hospital sector. The successful candidate must hold a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from an HEC\-recognized institution and possess comprehensive knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and healthcare regulations. As a key member of the universitys HR team, this position involves managing HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee relations to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. The Manager/Deputy Manager HR Healthcare will oversee a small team of two HR professionals, guiding and mentoring them to enhance HR service delivery. The role requires proficiency in HR Information Systems and performance management systems, with a preference for experience in SAP\-HCM. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills are essential to drive HR initiatives effectively and foster a compliant, productive work environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting the universitys mission by maintaining robust HR practices that support workforce excellence and legal adherence within the healthcare sector. **Responsibilities** * Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure effective HR operations within the healthcare division. * Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies tailored to the healthcare sector to attract and retain qualified professionals. * Oversee employee relations initiatives to promote a positive work environment, resolve conflicts, and address employee grievances promptly and fairly. * Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, healthcare regulations, and internal HR policies to mitigate legal risks and maintain ethical standards. * Design, implement, and monitor performance management systems that encourage continuous employee development and align with organizational objectives. * Manage HR Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and efficient use of technology including SAP\-HCM where applicable. * Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast HR needs based on organizational goals and develop workforce planning strategies accordingly. * Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate staff on HR policies, compliance requirements, and performance expectations. * Analyze HR metrics and prepare detailed reports to provide insights into recruitment effectiveness, employee satisfaction, and turnover rates. * Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in HR and healthcare regulations to continuously improve HR processes. * Coordinate with external agencies and legal advisors as needed to ensure adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements. * Support organizational change initiatives by communicating effectively with employees and facilitating smooth transitions.
