**What You’ll Do**
In this role, you will lead the strategic and operational direction of the Primary Care Business, ensuring achievement of sales objectives, sustainable business growth, and strong market presence across assigned portfolios.
Your responsibilities will include leading commercial strategy execution, managing sales and marketing operations, overseeing business performance against approved budgets, and ensuring effective implementation of brand and promotional plans across the field force. You will work closely with Product Managers, Sales Managers, District Sales Manager, and field teams to drive execution excellence and strengthen market performance.
You will also support business planning, monitoring operational and reporting discipline, strengthen engagements with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), oversee team capability development and performance management to support long\-term business growth and
organizational objectives.
**You Are Good At**

* Managing multiple stakeholders within fast\-paced commercial environments.
**What You’ll Bring**
* Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or Medicine is a must. Candidates with an MBA from an HEC\-recognized institution will be preferred.
* 10–15 years of pharmaceutical sales experience within leading pharmaceutical organizations, including 8–10 years in sales and marketing leadership roles
* Minimum 3 years of experience leading a business unit or commercial function with demonstrated
business growth delivery
* Strong exposure to Medicine and Gynae portfolios with proven market expansion experience
* Strong understanding of commercial management within a large\-scale pharmaceutical or manufacturing organization
* Experience in team leadership, coaching, and people development
* Strong analytical, decision\-making, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, and digital communication tools
* Ability to lead cross\-functional teams and drive performance in a competitive market environment

This role works closely with senior commercial leadership, Business Unit teams, Product Managers, Sales Managers, Medical Affairs, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and field sales teams to ensure achievement of strategic business objectives and sustainable market growth.
