Our client Kap Lifestyle is looking for a Construction Site Supervisor \- Project Management \& Safety in Rahim Yar Khan Seeking a diligent Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction activities at various project sites. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and brings a minimum of three years of hands\-on experience in managing construction projects, especially structural and finishing works. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of construction drawings, execution practices, and quality control standards. The Construction Site Supervisor leads a team of 20\-30 persons, ensuring efficient labor management and subcontractor coordination to achieve timely project completion while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. The Construction Site Supervisor is responsible for maintaining high\-quality construction standards through regular site inspections and enforcement of quality control procedures. This position demands strong communication and coordination skills to foster collaboration among contractors, laborers, and management. The supervisor also upholds compliance with safety protocols and mitigates risks on site. A sound knowledge of site inspection procedures and regulatory compliance is essential to reduce errors and ensure successful project delivery within the defined scope and budget. **Responsibilities** * Direct and supervise all on\-site construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. * Lead and manage a team of 20\-30 workers, including subcontractors, ensuring optimal performance and productivity through clear task delegation and monitoring. * Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate work progress, compliance with quality control procedures, and detect potential issues early. * Interpret construction drawings and technical documents to guide site execution and resolve any discrepancies or technical challenges. * Coordinate the procurement and utilization of resources, materials, and equipment necessary for smooth project operation. * Implement and enforce workplace safety practices and regulatory compliance to maintain a safe and secure construction environment. * Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to communicate progress updates and address project requirements promptly. * Address and resolve on\-site conflicts, labor issues, or delays by applying effective problem\-solving and negotiation techniques. * Maintain accurate records of site activities, daily reports, quality assurance checks, and incident reports for project documentation. * Ensure continuous improvement of site execution methods, quality control procedures, and team leadership to enhance overall project delivery. * Train and mentor site personnel on quality control, safety protocols, and efficient construction practices. * Monitor subcontractor performance and compliance with contractual obligations, delivering regular feedback and guidance. * Evaluate and manage site risks, implementing mitigation measures to prevent accidents and ensure business continuity.
