**Your role**
Do you want to proactively go the extra mile with us to help clients? Are you focused on the details, even when under pressure?
We’re looking for a Client Account Manager (CAM) to:
* support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
* be point\-of\-entry contact for clients with account queries or orders, stock orders, payments, etc.
* assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities
* support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals and the like
* collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
* Assist with daily operation, including various administrative and functional tasks.
* Communicate with our colleagues in Luxembourg (Booking Centre)
* Assist and participate at our events

You’ll be working in the Advisory office team in Stockholm where collaboration and team work is key to further help grow the business. We’re focused on managing, preserving and growing our clients’ wealth, and help our clients plan. As a Client Account Manager, you’ll play an important role in helping us stay a global leader in wealth management and growing the business in the Nordic region.
**Your expertise**
* financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team
* unyielding attention to detail, even when under pressure
* team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
* works with absolute discretion, tactfulness and adaptability to changing demands
* Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English. Other languages are considered as an advantage.
